The following Privacy Policy is compliant with the provisions of Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR for short). Acting in accordance with Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR for short), we inform:

1. Definitions Administrator: Happy Adam Pytlak, os. Przyjaźni 13/113, 61-687 Poznań, NIP: 8133648520, REGON: 367721910. Personal data: information allowing for the identification or potential identification of a natural person using characteristics such as physical, genetic, mental, economic, physiological, social, or cultural identity. This also includes the device's IP number, location data, and information collected through cookies. Service and Online Store: the website and online store managed by the Administrator, available at https://adawoo.art, to which these Personal Data Protection Rules (Privacy Policy) apply. User: a natural person who visits the Service and Online Store adawoo.art.

2. Data processing In connection with the User's use of the Service and Online Store adawoo.art, the Administrator collects data to the extent necessary to provide specific services offered in the Service and Online Store.

3. Purposes of data processing Personal data of all users:

  • who use the Service and Online Store adawoo.art (IP address, cookies)

  • who are not registered Users are processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

  • analytical and statistical – the legal basis is the Administrator's legitimate interest, which is the analysis and functionality of the Service and Online Store adawoo.art;

5. Placing an order Placing an order (i.e., purchasing goods) by a User of the adawoo.art Online Store involves the process of personal data processing. Placing an order in the adawoo.art Online Store does not require having an account. Providing the data indicated in the Online Store as mandatory is required for the acceptance and proper processing of the order. Failure to provide them will result in the order not being accepted. Personal data in the order process are processed for the following purpose:

  • order fulfillment: necessity of data processing to perform the contract;

  • fulfillment of statutory obligations applicable to the Administrator as a consequence of binding tax law regulations;

  • analytics, involving the Administrator's legitimate interest resulting from analyzing User activity in the Online Store, taking into account the nature of economic activities (purchases), which further enables the Administrator to improve the functionality of the Service and Online Store;

  • in order to possibly establish, exercise, or defend against claims (the Administrator's legitimate interest in protecting their rights).

6. Cookies Cookies are text files stored on the user's end device. They are intended for using the service's pages. Primarily, they contain the name of the website of origin, their unique number, and the storage time on the end device.

Necessary cookies The Administrator uses so-called necessary cookies. They serve to provide the User with services provided electronically and to improve the quality and functionality of the Online Store. Necessary cookies used for this purpose include temporary and permanent files:

  • cookies with data entered by the User (session ID) for the duration of the session;

  • authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication for the duration of the session;

7. Period of personal data processing The period depends on the nature and specificity of the service provided, as well as the purpose of its processing. Data are processed for a period of 10 years from the moment of order fulfillment in the adawoo.art Online Store or until the User withdraws their consent. This can also be an effective objection to data processing (concerning the Administrator's legitimate interest). The data processing time may change, i.e., be extended, if the data prove necessary to pursue or defend against possible claims. Upon the end of the processing period, the data are deleted.

8. User Rights A User of the Service and Online Store adawoo.art has the right to:

  • access their data

  • possibility of their rectification, deletion, or restriction of the processing method

  • data migration

  • objecting to the processing method

  • lodging a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data. The User has the right to withdraw consent on the basis of which their data are processed in the adawoo.art Online Store. To carry out this process, simply contact the Administrator.

9. Right to object A User of the Service and Online Store adawoo.art has the right to object to the data processing process for profiling purposes if the processing is related to the Administrator's legitimate interest.

10. Data recipients The process of fulfilling services and orders in the Service and Online Store adawoo.art means that personal data will be disclosed to entities that:

  • handle payments for purchased goods and shipping (electronic payment operators and banks (traditional transfer))

  • handle courier shipments for goods ordered in the Online Store.

11. Security Access to data is restricted exclusively to authorized persons. Access is limited only to the needs of the proper execution of the task. The Online Store has mechanisms to secure personal data, including the SSL protocol. The Administrator emphasizes the proper process of documenting operations on personal data.
